Is there any rules updating the items from older sets?
I've checked the forum but didn't see anything directly applying to it.

We have draft rules for items, but have never gotten around to playtesting and finalizing those rules. Here's the draft rules:

We do not have any rules for the ivory 'noble' house dice.

Don't really have a plan to unless it's something simple like 'any breed' or 'every breed'.
