Here's a new topic where you can ask us questions on any topic (which means, by definition, there can be no off-topic posts on this thread). We reserve the right to answer them if we feel like it, or to pose our own questions to anyone foolhardy enough to venture into our world.

I'll start out with a question from A.B. in New Jersey:

"If someone makes 300 posts in 60 days on a game forum, does that mean (a) they don't have a life, (b) they're not keeping the upstairs clean enough to suit their wife, (c) they're setting a bad example for their impressionable kids, or (d) all of the above?"

Thanks for the question, AB!

A.B? Can't imagine who that might be.

Man, this bugs me! I know I should know who that is! Confused

It'll come to me.

I got it! Abraham Bavinsky, noted psychologist for dice-addicted preachers in suburban New Jersey!

When did he find the forum?

Ooooh...getting warmer...but not by much. (Besides, Amy is from Connecticut, not NJ.)

Maybe you'd better sleep on it.

Seriously, gang, I don't watch the show. It's a chick series, I'm a sexist pig. Really, I don't watch it.

(Okay, so I have a thing for Tyne Daly. So sue me). Confused

My Question: How can you guys write that much posts on a only 24 hr day??? I don't even find the time to READ 'em all!!! If I post a post I have to delete at least 5 to-read-posts not to exceed the time available!!!

Question No. 2: Does that mean I'm slow in typing or just very busy???

Question No.3: Why do blond girls in primary school have larger breasts than the others??? (I'll answer that later)

Well, I'll answer this much of your question. You assume that we spend hours a day poring through the list, contemplating witty and/or humorous responses, carefully crafting our world tour and Champion posts (and the like), and generally giving a great deal of thought and attention to our posting.

Truth is, we shoot from the hip, so it only takes a few minutes a day to absorb and respond to the forum. Kind of like amoebas moving toward the light when their primitive eyespot is stimulated. I do leave the Internet open for long stretches of time when I'm home, but I don't pay constant attention to it. I just fit in little bits between other work.

Of course, there are those times when we're both online and chatting anyway, and something comes up. Usually that's when you get discourses that wind up in the "Totally Off-topic" subject, as well as our "Required Reading" list.

I see!

Question No. 4: Does Question No. 3 lead to beeing instantly beemed into the totally-off-topic topic by Chuck"Scotty"Pint Wink or to beeing burned in the hell of unsober post-posters who tell dirty jokes in a public forum Twisted Evil ???

Well, you have to get past a panel of all the Southern Baptist clergymen on the forum before you are referred for this.

Don't laugh-there is at least one Southern Baptist clergyman who reads this forum regularly. And he's from the conservative wing of the SBC, too (2000 BF&M, for those who care). If he passes on you, you're safe-for the time being.

Of course, he has been known to wreak some havoc on his own from time to time...

I GOT IT!

It has to be... Alec Baldwin!

I knew he was a Dragon Diceâ„¢ player despite all those weird political ramblings!

I believe his name was Gordon Shumway. They just called him ALF for Alien Life Form.

But that one's good too... Laughing

Sorry, but Gordon and I share the same interplanetary flight agent, so I would never call him by anything but his real name. So, cold again.

Answer to question No. 3:

It's because they're around 25 years old (in general)!

HA; HA; HA; what a laugh!

All right, it might be a flat one (the joke I mean!) and I'll definitely never be able to catch up with Steve's and Joe's (and Joe's and Steve's Wink ) humour, but I'm trying to do my best! Laughing

BTW, you guys really cheer me up after a hard days work! Very Happy
