Ok so with the playtesting we have done, the rule is if you go negative your total health (ie- 6) you are dead. If you are dropped to 0 but not that negative, you are unconscious. You can be healed from a healing spell, once you are above 0 you are back. But if you are brought back, all your character's skills go to the fatigue area. So you basically lose a turn. Enemies can still hit you if you are in the fatigue area, you just cant really save against it because your skills are fatigued. Your fatigued skills come back at the end of your turn. So like in real life people need to huddle around the fallen member so there is more targets and you can kill threats that might knock them out again.

In this case, there is no one to bring you back so you lose. Obviously the game is designed to have more players to protect one another.

for a 1 on 1, the 3 by 3 is big enough but for bigger groups you need a bigger space. so I say leave it up to the QM to decide battle by battle.

I agree, I think the hexes will be nice cuz it can be used for any scale. Have we heard any word on these getting made?

I played a computer game that if you died,
you were resurrected.
The amount of times could be seen in your stats.

So even if your character could not survive the fatigue area,
I think it should never truly die.

John Koslow has a frostwing Magi Character that is extremely powerful.
As I recall,
it was in Duels.

Basically,
you can be killed,
which ends your quest,
but your character gains experience,
maybe death experience will give you a certain wisdom power. Wink
