fly should give me 4 maneuver, so it's a tie.

Good call on dead sunburst I was trying to update the board quick between jobs.
Now did you forget about your races terrain flight ?

My turn roll for magic in reserves
Woo go nothing lol

I will maneuver the frontier unopposed up to 8
Roll for magic

Death mage 1 id
Death mage 1 4 point side of magic
Death mage save

So 7 points of magic black or 10 points gold

I will summon my blue black dragon to my home
My reserves will join my army at the frontier I emt

Also did you mean move it up to 5 or down to 3

dragon avoidance roll (is this the correct name ?)

expeditioner: 4 cantrip
adventurer: 1 save
phoenix: Seize

so with 4 cantrip: I'll cast two Ash storm on frontier (but I'm not sure of what it does Razz )

then everyone dies, I'll roll phoenix for rise from the ashes:

wooow: rise from the ashes!

so phoenix goes to reserve, while the others die.

now on to my first march at reserve:

roll for magic
phoenix : rise from the ashes (is it biased?)
ashbringer: 3 cantrip
sunflare: ID = 2 magic
sunflare: 2 magic
sunburst: 1 magic

total 7 magic: send the blue dragon to frontier

Are you sure it was a cantrip? Not only does the expeditioner not have cantrip, but there isn't any 3-health firewalker in the game that is capable of rolling 4 cantrips Wink. Perhaps you rolled a (counter)?

ops, yes, you are right it was the 4 counter face (I use the intermediate playmat, but from 70cm I can't really read well, I've seen it was starting with a "C" and thought it was a Cantrip... sorry I didn't double check.)

I suppose no ash storm then (but BTW what exactly does it? as it's written it seems it "change" the terrain face, but I suspect it doesn't...)

also 12 - 1 save - 4 counter = 7 damage, so not everyone dies (let's say phoenix and expeditioner).

I am going at lunch right now, I'm sorry I make these mistakes (dolus probably did hate me in our game Smile) but I'm a newbe...

Expeditioner must die your adventurer on the other hand dosent reason is you must take 7 and on whole units so four damage to pheonix 3 damage to expeditioner understand?

Ash storm is a minus one army not terrain lol so if you cast two of them on the frontier it would put my army in the current situation / example my army would have a minus 2 dice modifier
