you are correct, I did confuse that. I've been working too much lately...

All i'm going to do is turn down, cast magic, go to reserves, but what magic I might cast depends a lot of the board.

I'm going to kill some time and ask that an updated board be posted so I don't have to think too hard about translating units and terrains from the last one.

sorry this took so long. I'm in the mountains of colorado and my internet connection... it's spotty and horribly slow when it does work (for only a few minutes at a time)

so...

no dragons or anything.

only march, with my only army...

unopposed maneuver down to 3 (magic)

roll for Magic:
Charkin - 3 ID
Inferno - 2 Save
Inferno - 2 Magic
Inferno - 2 Magic
Smolderer - 3 Magic
Sparker - 1 Save

3ID's + 7Magic = 10Green or 13Red.

Flash Flood on the Swamp for 5 green (unoppossed so it goes to 6 again, don't want to just GIVE the game to the goblins)
Dancing Lights on the Frontier for 6 red
One Ash Storm on the Frontier for 2 red (Lets see if we can slow down that Elf magic a little for one turn atleast)

Pull all units back to reserves.

Still, if you're concerned about perception, I'll go ahead and roll 'em. I don't actually own any Ivories, so I'll roll a Gold and a Blue and hope that the elemental powers of Esfah aren't offended.

Ivory 1: Belly
Ivory 2: Belly

I suck at dragons. If it helps, the first Belly was the fore belly segment and the second was the rear one. We'll wait for sweetberlinetta to roll his Hybrid; he gets a lot more mileage per bounce than I do. (I just tossed them again and got Treasure and Belly. I really should be forbidden from handling dragons.)

saving against jaws belly belly...

4 saves, NO melee. sigh.

12-4=8

two Inferno's and the Smolderer make 8, which goto the reserves.

magic in reserves:

9 is enough to spark another Dragoon to life.
